Team Leaders assist the VP of Sales on their team's performance and provide training, guidance, assistance, examples and support to the team. They also serve as go-to person when it comes to communication as it relates to their team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate openly and clearly with your supervisor; remain collaborative.
Answer team member questions with professionalism.
Complete any/all tasks set out by the VP of Sales.
Participate and assist in staff training.
Assist VP in monitoring AE performance including sales & customer service skills, job knowledge, and attendance.
Monitor & maintain CRM records of your team for accuracy and commissions.
Stay informed about team goals and progress, be responsible for communicating updates and changes to all team members.
Be a positive example for the team, even during stressful times
Be available and present every shift
Be open and ask for help/clarification when needed
